Product Vibing – One Person. Full End-to-End. AI-Powered

Yes. I’m calling it Product Vibing, a natural evolution of vibe coding, a term popularised by Andrej Karpathy.

Traditionally, creating a product meant assembling a team of specialists:
• Researchers to validate the idea
• Designers to shape the experience
• Developers to bring it to life
• Copywriters to craft the message
• QA to ensure polish
• PMs to pull it all together

As a UX Design Leader, I’ve led teams end-to-end, aligning squads, ensuring outcomes, embedding accessibility, and delivering value.
But things are shifting…

Enter: Product Vibing.

You’ve likely seen vibe coding, AI helping people build apps with minimal effort and knowledge. But what if it went further?

What if one person could:

• Ideate the concept

• Design the UI

• Write the copy

• Generate the code

• Ship the product

…all powered by AI.

This aligns with a recent video by Liam Ottley talking about the rise of the AI Generalists, someone who blends strategy, creativity, automation, and execution using intelligent tools.

That’s what Product Vibing is about.
Not just coding but the convergence of design, content, and code.

Here’s how it breaks down:

• Ideation → ChatGBT

• Design → Creatie, Readdy

• Write → Claude AI

• Build → Cursor, Replit

• Optimise → Relevance AI

I’m testing this model right now, building a solo project from UX thinking to delivery. Every prompt. Every design choice. Every line of code.

All vibed by one person.

Why does this matter?
